GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE LOYALTY CARD

LOYALTY CARD MEMBERSHIP
The MELROSE BARBERS Loyalty Card is valid for one year (renewable) and is free. It is not a payment card. It is automatically renewed free of charge for one year on its anniversary date. It can only be issued to an individual who is at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract. Only one card can be issued per person.
LOYALTY CARD USAGE
It can be used in the Salon that issued the Card and/or in participating Salons according to the terms and conditions listed on the website. For every €1 spent in the salon, 1 loyalty point is credited to the Card (a euro spent is defined as the total amount of the ticket or invoice, minus the Gift Certificates used to pay for the purchase, rounded down to the nearest euro). The cardholder must make at least one transaction in the 12 months prior to the anniversary date of the card; if not used, the points earned are not retained. MELROSE BARBERS reserves the right to withdraw the Card from any person who uses the Card fraudulently or who fails to pay all or part of a bill for which loyalty points have been earned.
LOYALTY CARD BENEFITS
After 250 points have been accumulated, you will receive a free product from the MELROSE BARBERS range chosen by the Salon Manager.
Any remaining points remain on the Card and are accumulated with future points.
If the accumulated points are not used during their validity period, they are considered expired and will be lost.
The balance of points is not available for consultation, but the cardholder can ask for it at the cash desk in one of our participating salons.
Available points cannot be used for the partial or total purchase of a product in our Salons.
LOYALTY CARD MODIFICATION / TERMINATION
The general conditions can be modified at any time. The terms and conditions in effect at the time of your purchase can be found at www.melrosebarbers.com or in the Salon. The Loyalty Card membership program may be suspended or terminated in whole or in part at any time by MELROSE BARBERS.
DATA PROCESSING AND LIBERTIES
The information collected is used to manage your membership to the Loyalty Card and is kept for the purpose of managing commercial relations, prospecting and statistics. This information, and in particular your e-mail address, may be transmitted to external commercial companies, whether or not they are partners of MELROSE BARBERS, enabling them to send you commercial offers, in particular by electronic means (e-mail, SMS, MMS), subject to your acceptance on the data collection form. Your data is kept for the time necessary to carry out the processing concerned and then destroyed or archived in accordance with the regulations.
At any time, you have the possibility of objecting without charge to the prospecting of MELROSE BARBERS directly from the message received or indirectly by contacting MELROSE BARBERS. In accordance with the French law “Informatique et Libertés” of January 6, 1978 modified by the law of August 6, 2004, you have the right to access, oppose, rectify, copy and delete data concerning you at the above addresses, including post-mortem data. Your request must be accompanied by a copy of an identity document with a signature and a death certificate if applicable.
